Brexit Consumer Research: Travel

Report: Brexit Consumer Research: Travel

The Which? Brexit consumer research programme has been running since September 2017 and consists of a quarterly quantitative tracker survey and a series of online communities. Selected data from the tracker is available to view here: https://consumerinsight.which.co.uk/brexit

This research report details the findings relating to travel and holidays from our Brexit consumer research programme. The aim of the research was to understand what the priorities are for consumers when travelling to and within the EU after the UK leaves the EU. The research covered a range of topics such as aviation access, the European Health Insurance Card (EHIC), mobile roaming and flight delay compensation. Both quantitative and qualitative research were conducted, with the results from both included in this report. The results shown here come from quantitative research conducted in March 2018 and qualitative research conducted in April 2018.
